2012 Annual General Meeting & Seminar on "The Greater Pearl River Delta: Competition or Cooperation?"

Close interaction between Hong Kong, Guangzhou and other cities in the Greater Pearl River Delta has been a major curriculum content area and an elective module in the New Senior Secondary Geography Curriculum. An expert in the urban and regional planning in Greater Pearl River Delta, Professor Xu would share her good expertise knowledge in and research on the planning, policy and strategy in developing the Greater Pearl River Delta region and the challenges involved. This seminar is intended to enhance members’ understanding of how regional and urban development in the Greater Pearl River Delta region where Hong Kong is situated can entail problems and potentials.
