Hong Kong Geographical Association 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear HKGA Members,

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Geographical Association, I am writing with great pleasure to invite you to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Geographical Association.

The AGM will be held online from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on 15th May 2021 (Saturday). The proposed agenda items of the 2021 AGM are:

  1. To receive the minutes of the 2019 AGM.
  2. To receive the Chair’s report.
  3. To receive the Honorary Treasurer’s report.
  4. To receive the respective sub-committees’ report.
  5. Election of EXCO members and key post holders 2021-2023.
  6. A.O.B.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
