Dear HKGA members, 

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Geographical Association, I am writing with great pleasure to invite you to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Geographical Association. 

The AGM will be held from 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on 22nd April 2023 (Saturday) at WLB 103, 1/F, The Wing Lung Bank Building for Business Studies, Shaw Campus, Hong Kong Baptist University, following our public seminar entitled “Assessment of Geographical Enquiry Skills – How to tackle HKDSE fieldwork-based questions effectively?” which will start at 9:30 a.m.

1. To receive the minutes of the 2022 AGM. 

2. To receive the Chair’s report. 

3. To receive the Honorary Treasurer’s report. 

4. To receive the respective sub-committees’ reports. 

5. Election of EXCO members and key post holders 2023-2025 

6. A.O.B.
